I'm 17 days post-maze and the rhythmol seems to be working. I have been in NSR since the cardioversion on Tuesday. The doctor put me back on coumadin temporarily as a precaution. These local doctors still don't want to believe that the maze is going to help me. I have been in NSR more since the maze than any time in the past year. From March 12 to Apr 22, 2002, my defibrillator recorded over 69,000 times that I was in A-fib. I have explained the procedure to a lot of people since my return. Thanks to everyone for your encouragement and prayers.
