I did about 20 sessions on the VAX-D table. It gave me some relief. About 50% of the pain was gone at that time. It didn't seem to go away as much or as permanently as I hoped. I took about a week off and then was going to go back and try another week's worth of treatments. Much of the pain has come back. My gut sense right now it that I want to know exactly what is going on in the lower back.

The Chiropractor believed there is a disc protrusion through muscle testing and that the VAX-D would help. I want to know exactly what is wrong, so I am going to go in for an MRI. Then I may continue the VAX treatments or look at some kind of surgery. The pain has been so disabling. To get my heart fixed and then still be disabled because of my back has been very hard to deal with.

I believe the VAX-D treatments may be a godsend for lower back pain and problems. Maybe for me, but definitely for others. We've looked at getting one for a brother in laws chiropractic clinic so I could use it regularly. I feel like it would probably work for me if I was able to have one or two treatments a week - but at 100-200 per treatment, it adds up fast.

I'd recommend anyone with lower back pain or problems to check out the VAX-D and see what possiblities it holds for them. It may not be the cure for all, but may be for some. There is a list of centers at the VAX-D site.
