To day is my first full week back at work. I came back on friday April 26th worked a few half days then tried full days. Bit hard to get up at 5a.m. but things are going very well. I got a new dog (rescue year old) friday so my walks will be brisker and longer, we will be good for each other. Still a bit tender and rate is still in the 90's so much better then before. It is nice to be on this side. Again thanks to all for your input.
