Here is a message that was posted on the Yahoo AF support board yesterday. I missed it, but Angie sent it to me. Many of you will remember her as the lady that had the experimental maze procedure.
This was posted by her daughter."Hello. My name is Rachelle. I don't know if my mom posted on
this site or not, but I wanted to let any of you who chatted with
her that she died in her sleep on Thursday April 18, 2002. Her
other email was jeanneszakacs@a... She was 55 and had afib for over
ten years. She had the MAZE procedure done by Dr. Cox and she was
on her second pacemaker. She was going to have an ablation in July,
but she didn't make it. We don't know how she died, but my dad
believes it was a stroke (in the family) or a heart attack. No
autopsy was done and she was cremated. If anyone knew her, please
email me at: rzak31@a... Thanks! ~Rachelle"
