Sharee: I'm sorry to hear of your "One Step Back" setback, and hope that it is just one of those quirks like some others (Steve Giddings comes to mind) have experienced, then been OK thereafter.
I would consider trying a "touch-up" ablation,as they are doing regularly at the CC, if afib continues during the next few months. I believe it is a relatively short procedure of perhaps an hour, give or take a few minutes. A very few people have taken even longer than you to "heal", so I wouldn't give up hope yet. Just keep exercising as much as you can.

We appreciate you posting your setbacks as we want others to realize that not everyone has a "walk-in-the-park" experience; but just about everyone who has ever posted here and had the maze has ultimately had their life changed for the better. We hope you are one of them.
