Regarding my post answering Tim's question about how much activity he should be doing, I wish to clarify my vague description of my beginning exercise regimen: When I referred to starting "with a short walk..., second day...third day..." and so on, I was NOT referring to that many days Post-maze, but AFTER arriving home, which meant my first walk in my neighborhood was on my 7th day POST-maze. I really never got appreciably faster than I was at 12 days post
maze, I just got stronger and felt I could go farther after each 30-32 minute 3 mile walk, which I did a few times.
