Henry,
Yes, I had complications with my ablation, but keep in mind that I am 6 feet tall and 140 pounds AND female. That in itself creates a challenging situation for ablation dr.'s -- I was told that I have very small veins and heart. That doesn't mean it will happen to you. All of the cardiologists I saw at CC said that I was a very rare case and that they had not seen anything like it before. It is surely not common. I have had two previous ablations/EP Studies with absolutely no complications at all. I just happen to have been part of a very small percentage (2 or 3% I believe) of people undergoing an ablation experiencing complications.

Plus, I can't express what NSR has done to change my life. I played on our church softball team last week. I even hit one out into the outfield - and ran! I can easily say that what I went through to get here ... every aweful second of it was worth it -- and I'm just getting started!

Angie

P.S. If this shows up 50 times, SORRY - having trouble with my computer!
