Thanks Carl for the kind words. It is interesting to note - I made an offhand comment to my EP doc that it seemed strange to me that all of a sudden there is all of this research going into a-fib. I told him my guess was that some high ranking researcher came down with a-fib and all of a sudden we are seeing some research. (I don't think he found me amusing) He did say that the atrial arrythmias are basically all that is left - the cardiology community knows how to treat the ventricular side of things and are working on thr atria. Go figure.
