I have talked to other AF patients, although not as complicated, but similar to yours. They will want to hear of your progress.
It sounds from the tone of your posting that you are going into this with a similar frame of mind that I had on my surgery.
It is great to have a upbeat outlook, thinking of nothing less than a cure, and through the hands of wonderful medical people God will see you through this.
