Angie: It's really exciting to see how the tone of your posts have changed from pre-procedure (in afib) to post-procedure (in NSR). "Totally pumped!" That's wonderful to hear from you. We are all happy that your afib will soon be but a distant, unpleasant memory, which YOU took care of by taking charge of your life.

I shudder to think of what might have become of you with an AV node ablation and pacer at such a young age.
Given that you are already going back to work after the complications you had is a great sign that you must be feeling pretty well.

I imagine that your body temperature is warmer because your heart is working perfectly. Before, your body was probably concentrating on getting blood to the organs and brain, in kind of a defensive mode, or your heart just couldn't pump enough blood fast enough to be warm by the time it got to your feet. (From what you and Harley told me, your feet are a long way from your heart, anyway!)

Incidentally, I received the same comments about my color being better when I returned from my Maze.

I expect that soon we will hear that you have taken up long distance running like Ed. Go for it!!
