Welcome back Harley. I am glad to see you back on the board. and hopefully, well on the road to recovery. I'm also glad that they corrected your other heart problems.
I hate that you have experienced so many ups and downs in your post op time so far.
Most of the troubles you have had, has been experienced by someone on the board at one time. I can only offer personal experience to the high heart rate. That is something that bothered me, and on my first visit to my surgeon, the week after being released I asked him about it. He said that I was anemic and told me to take a high potency iron supplement and as soon as my blood was built up the heart rate would go down. He was correct in that for me. I would check with your doctor about this. It seems that this happens to several mazers. Gerald Davis was just home from his maze and asking about the same thing.
