You contacted me before, asking about surgeons who do the maze here in Sydney. I still have not found that info yet. But, my EP says in Sydney they do something called a 'Star Maze'. They have been doing that for years. But how is that different from the MAZE III that you have been talking about? Apparently the Star Maze has over 90% success rate for Afib, but it often creates another arrythmia, a kind of flutter, that has to be ablated.
Has anyone heard anything about this?
