Hello, Jack, and the board. Just an update on my progress. It has been 6 months since the maze and 3 months since the cardioversion and as far as I can tell I am still in NSR. I am startimg to feel really good now and my energy seems to be increasing weekly. I am walking daily at almost my old level and my biggest problem is not my stamina but getting my legs in shape (shin splints). I plowed the garden last week and felt great. At night when I lie down I can feel my heart beat more noticably but it is regular and this may be a result of the valve repair. I have a doctors appointment Monday and hopefully he will say bye and see you in six months. I will keep the board posted on the results. Good luck to everybody and good health
