Thank you very much, this web site has been so very helpful. I received a copy of the referal report from Mayo in Rochester all doctors remarked on how well informed I am. Jack asked where I am from, I am from Iowa City so I am about four hours from Rochester. My main concern now is staying healty no flu and please no ice. I hope to get conected to the web at home so I will be able to keep up with this site. So far I am very impressed with my treatment at Mayo they are very patient friendly. Thanks again for the web page and the prayers and good wishes.
