Tom, I am personally stumped as to a recommendation but it would seem that CC would be a logical place to try. Since they continue to be the top heart hospital, wouldn't they have the resources to handle this problem? You have probably already thought of this but since no one has posted a response, I thought I should say something. Best of luck.
