Thanks for the encouragement. However, being almost 19 weeks post maze, I am beginnig to consider that the surgery did not work. My frequency of episodes is very high. Almost once a day. I have not given up completely and will wait until 6 months. In the meantime, I am beginning to obtain holter monitor readings and EKG's to determine exactly what is occuring, PAC's, PAT's, Afib, flutter, etc. This has not been easy.

I truly hope you are correct about the healing process. However, it seems like 19 weeks would be enough time for the heart incisions to heal.
