I've been out of town, Jim so I am late with a reply. Most everyone has covered your questions pretty well but I would note that I had PAC's for quite a while after surgery and still do (at one year) although with time, they have subsided. One thing that has always helped my PAC's or flutter when I had it right after surgery was running. Getting my heart rate up a little seemed to relieve the symptoms. You might try that.

As for CC, I think you do need to push to get your advice. I would sit in my cardiologists office and we would both call and would be fairly successful. I think that they like it when your doctor is involved. Best of luck.
