I am so sorry to hear of your on-going a-fib....I have to say that Iam not that familiar with the medical terminology for the various kinds of heart-rates..But, I do want to remind you that 8 months post-op I wore a monitor for a month. My episodes were not as persistent as yours, but I had irregular/rapid beats that gave me concern. My feeling is that it is far too soon to despair.... but, I know it must be difficult reading of all the successes.
It is unfortunate that the CC has been unresponsive to your situation...I would think that Dr. McCarthy and team owe you some support, and I would be persistent in pursuing it. As the number ONE rated cardiac center, they should be committed to follow-up patients as required.
