For me, having a valid excuse for not remembering things is just great! Seriously though, this issue should probably not be taken lightly. For me personally though, I'm convinced that having read the referred report before the operation wouldn't have made any difference in regard of deciding to go ahead with the Maze. Memory loss or not, being cured of the Afib makes such a huge difference...
