TC, I agree with Carl pretty much on this. Did you exercise much prior to your AFib or surgery. Dr. Cox and others recommend keeping your heart rate below 120 until after six weeks and some think up to 12 weeks. But, you can jog a little and stay below 120. I was jogging at six weeks below 120 heart rate and stayed there (my memory is a little hazy here)until 12 weeks where I started doing whatever I wanted. I ran a hard 10 mile race at four months and didn't have a problem. Your PVC's (or PAC's) seem normal. I had them and I still have them. As Carl suggests, your heart rate will drop given more time.
