Hi,
1 year and 9 months after the Maze, I'm back to "normal" excercise patterns. For me this means running 5-7 times per week (logging about 30-50 miles, running hard [intervals, speed work] at 3.10-3.40 minutes/kilometer pace from time to time and I also complete a long run in excess of 10 miles at least once a week). I lift weights 3-4 times a week (and I'm actually stronger today than before my Afib problems started!). I'm not drinking as much coffee as before, just because I wanted to cut down (and not for any other reason). All in all - I regard myself as completely cured. I'm confident and "worry free"; not having to worry about medications, Afib attacks, anxiety, fatigue etc. makes a huge different!
Best regards,
Anders
