I never had a real problem with PVC's. They would just happen from time to time. I would become aware that "something was different" with my heart and then acknowledge with myself that they were happening again. I never really had an extended period of them that would have prompted me to check with the doctor. So, I never took anything for them. In terms of what might set them off, I never really noted any specific activity that brought them on. Again, with me, they tended to be quite sporadic. They could come on even when I was sitting quietly watching television. So I never noted that any specific activity "caused" them.
Hopefully yours will soon become a thing of the past.
