Four Months Post Maze

Unfortunately, I have experienced two episodes this past week of A fib with a very rapid ventricular response rate. I am almost four months out from my surgery. It is very frustrating and depressing for me. My cardiologist has increased my amiodarone! I am still hopeful, however, that this will all smooth itself out and I will be able to get off of it. One encouraging note - I did not end up in the ER but converted after about four hours with a couple of doses of Lopressor at home. I am bummed though about the whole thing. Anyone else had any set-backs post maze? I need some encouragement.
