I have just returned from Zihautanejo, Mexico. There was an extreemely steep hill from our residence to the beach. When I arrived, I really had a tough time climbing this hill, but by the time I left, I could climb it with ease. Pre-op I was always asking my wife to wait for me. Now, she asks me to wait for her when we hike. I am still aware of the operation as it feels like a fist size rock setting on my chest. It used to be a small boulder. I have never gone out of NSR since surgery. I have no trouble sleeping.
It seems that at five weeks post op, I began to have a rapid increase in a feeling of "well being". I have stopped Paxil for mood elevation. My wife is extatic and says she now has her guy back.
Would I reccommend the Maze? You betcha!
