So don't worry.I am 5 month's post maze now and I tried all the triggers I had to avoid before.Just to test the maze.I drank coffee,coca cola,wine.Eat garlic,went late to bed,try to exhaust myself >the only thing I noticed were extra prematury beats,but no afib.Conclusion:it is impossible for us to afib ever again!
