I agree with Ed it takes a while for the speed to come back and it gets a little frustrating but it does get better. Your story about your low heart rate resonated with me. When I tried to sleep after surgery I would set off the bradycardia alarm and get woken either by the alarm or by anxious nurses. Immediately after surgery they were pacing me at 88bpm and since I am normally in the 50's that made me kind of antsy. Best wishes! Paul
