Seems like we have a possible case of Catch 22 going on here; if you have indeed been affected, it might be difficult to remember what things were like before, right? :-)
Seriously though, at age 41, I can't really see any significant difference now when comparing my memory capacity after the Maze with what it was before the op.
Then again, as long as I can remember :-) I've always had a hard time remembering certain things (that my wife, for instance, easily remembers). But that, perhaps, is a different story...
