Sorry, Henry, I was out of town helping my parents and sneaking a marathon in. I am so pleased you are recovering so well. I still can't believe your hospital stay workouts of walking up and down the hallways. Truely impressive. Maybe, you, Carl, Mike Johnson and I can train for a run sometime in the spring.
