I will try this again. Dr. Brad Vazales practices at Norther Michigan Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, 560 W. Mitchell Street, Suite 510, Petoskey, Michigan 49770. His telephone number is 231-487-3000. The open heart surgery was performed at Norther Michigan Hospital in Petoskey. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Vazales or the hospital. They are both wonderful. I credit Dr. Vazales with giving me back my life.
He has a web page which is currently under construction. It can be found at www.nmheartsurgery.com. It should be running soon.
